The focused energy of
a laser beam can be sufficient to cause melting and vaporization
of materials. The process, usually accompanied by some
type of assist gas, is known as laser cutting. Laser cutting
is the third largest industrial laser application and
one of the most extensively documented and cost-effective
processes.
CO2 lasers and CW or pulse Nd:YAG lasers are employed in our laser cutting systems.
A XY or XYZ table is used with a laser beam delivery system,
which consists of fiber coupling optics & focusing
lenses or optical mirrors & lenses plus a nozzle.
Technical Data:
- Lasers: CO2 lasers, CW Nd:YAG lasers or pulse Nd:YAG lasers (please see laser's specifications)

upon request)
- Cutting speed: max. 10m/min depending on laser
powers & materials
- Cutting line width: 0.1mm depending on laser
powers & materials
