The
YLP series
fiber lasers in the laser marking machines are
maintenance-free MOPFA and Q-switched pulsed Ytterbium
fiber lasers designed. These lasers deliver a high power
1.06um laser beam directly to the work site via a flexible
metal-sheathed single mode fiber cable. Collimated, and
then typically focused to a spot size of a few microns or
less, the near diffraction-limited beam can mark, drill or
machine a variety of materials. The lasers provide a wide
choice of pulse durations, repetition rates and peak
powers. The fiber based design and rugged metal case allow
these compact laser modules to operate under industrial
shock, vibration, dust and humidity in the temperature
range from 0o to 50oC. These lasers
require no water-cooling or replacement parts.
High-speed optical galvanometers from USA are used for
laser beam scanning. These imported
key components result in high performance, good beam
quality & low maintenances. Thus, our
laser marking systems are being widely used in laser
marking of hard, fragile or soft products or materials in
production lines. |
